What you’ll do

• ✓Contributing to online marketing campaigns and channels (think email, social and SEA/SEO) whilst helping to shape both strategy and execution
• ✓Creating and optimising content for the webshop and social media, with a keen eye for trends in women's fashion
• ✓Identifying and implementing process improvements across the e-commerce operation, from product publishing through to the customer experience
• ✓Leveraging AI tools to make workflows smarter, faster and more scalable
• ✓Analysing webshop data and KPIs and translating insights into concrete actions that drive growth
• ✓Collaborating with colleagues across buying, marketing and logistics to ensure campaigns and launches run seamlessly

What we ask

• ›Demonstrable experience in a broad e-commerce role, preferably within fashion or retail
• ›At home across multiple disciplines: you have a natural feel for marketing, content and process optimisation alike
• ›Proven experience with AI tools is a distinct advantage
• ›Analytically minded: you read data, draw conclusions and act on them
• ›Proactive and accountable: you spot what can be improved and get on with it – no one needs to ask twice
• ›Strong command of Dutch, both written and spoken; English is a plus
